Refund Eligibility Requirements:
– Service must be canceled before refund processing
– Each service qualifies for **only one refund**
– No refunds for:
– Trademark dispute-related domains
– Services terminated for policy violations
– Free domain included in promotions (standard domain price deducted)
Important Notes:
– Refunds processed in **USD** (exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility)
– Processing fees may be deducted
– Default refund method: **Haitibyte account credit**
– Credit card/PayPal purchases may be refunded to original payment method
– No cryptocurrency refunds
